Shipping

• We ship to US addresses only.
• Shipping is a flat rate per order, shown before you pay.
• We print your labels in-house after payment, then mail them. You'll get an email with tracking when they ship, and you can follow the order under My orders.

Check your proof

Every label is printed exactly as you approve it. Please check names, amounts, lots and directions before you order; we don't edit your wording.

Returns and refunds

Your labels are made to order, so we can't take them back if you change your mind. If something is our fault, we'll fix it:

• Misprinted or damaged: tell us within 14 days of delivery, with a photo, and we'll reprint them or refund that part of your order.
• Lost in the mail: if tracking stops moving, contact us and we'll sort it out.
• Cancelling: contact us right away; if we haven't printed yet, we'll cancel and refund in full.
