This is what Labels for Peps (PWH LLC) collects, why, who helps us handle it, and how long we keep it. We don't sell your information.

What we keep and why

Your account: first name, last name if you give it, email, phone number, and your password stored only as a secure hash. We use these to sign you in, to send your account and order emails, and, for your phone number, only for delivery questions: it goes on your shipping label and to the carrier.
Your labels: designs, uploaded pictures, what you type about your vials, and your chats with our label maker. We use these to show, save and print your labels.
Your orders: what you bought, your shipping address and the payment status, so we can print, ship and keep business records.
Your help requests: what you write to us and any photos you add, so we can answer and fix problems.
Your choices: whether you want offer emails, and when and from where you said yes or no, as a record of your consent.
Sign-in and security: the device and network address of each sign-in, and server logs, to keep your account and the site safe.

We never see or store your card details; our payment processor handles them.

Who helps us handle it

We share only what each one needs with the services that run the shop: our payment processor, our email delivery service, our web hosting and network provider, a web font service used by the label studio, and the AI services that draw labels and pictures when you use the label maker. Some of these are outside the United States.

Using us from ChatGPT

If you connect Labels for Peps to ChatGPT, ChatGPT can see your labels and make or change labels for you, but not your orders or payment details. What you type in ChatGPT is handled under OpenAI's own privacy policy. You can disconnect us in ChatGPT's settings at any time.

How long we keep it

Your account, labels and pictures: until you delete your account.
Label maker chats: 90 days after your last message, or one year if you saved a label from the chat.
Label previews made before you sign in: 24 hours.
Copies of emails we sent you: 90 days.
Help requests and their photos: 2 years after they're closed.
Sign-in records and ChatGPT connections: about 30 days after they end.
Server logs: 14 to 30 days.
Proof of your email choices: the network address is removed 3 years after you opt out.
Order records: 7 years, for tax and accounting. If you delete your account, they stay without your name or email, though the shipping address on past orders is kept.

Your choices

Change your name, email choices and password under Account.
Delete your account under Account. That removes your labels, pictures and chats.
Unsubscribe from offer emails with the link in any of them.
Disconnect ChatGPT in ChatGPT's settings.
Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, at the address below.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Emails

Order and account emails come whenever you buy or ask for something. Offers and new looks only come if you tick the box, and every one has an unsubscribe link. You can also change this under Account → Emails.

Age

Accounts are for people 18 or older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
